WHO WE ARE
Associated with the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) and the Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT) and too a participant of the Brazilian Forum for Cultural Rights, Relacionarte has been active in the cultural market for more than 15 years in conjunction with the formulation of projects for public and private fundraising with the purpose of enabling the production of cultural goods as well as events devoted to art and culture. We provide legal advice for film production, TV programs, exhibitions, theatre, CD recording.

Our performance ranges from the presentation of contractual and tax assumptions(premises) to the planning of the work as a complex system, seeking to resolve legal issues and primarily, the optimization and feasibility of the production process itself.
Relacionarte has been dedicated to highlighting the role of art as a vector of social transformation through the formulation and management of impacting cultural projects in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, such as the executive management for the reconstruction project at Teatro Cultura Artística and Theatro São Pedro (both in São Paulo).
In addition, we are a reference in advisory law specialized in the areas of culture, entertainment and creative economy, serving all agents involved in those markets. In particular, we operate by advising on contractual and tax assumptions, copyrights, and tax relief mechanisms.
SANDRA RODRIGUES
Managing partner of Relacionarte, Sandra Rodrigues is a lawyer and actress with an Executive Program in Arts & Culture Strategy degree from Pennsylvania State University and a specialization in Cinema & TV from ESPM - The Superior School of Advertising and Marketing (SP).
During the 15 years in which works on the art market, she has worked as a management and development consultant for cultural projects. She has specialized in executive management, strategic planning and definition of business models for cultural institutions and independent projects, especially those made through tax relief laws.
She is recognized for her multidisciplinary expertise and since 2006, she has worked in the Third Sector. She provides advice at all stages of the cultural management chain, from creative conception to accountability, having executed executive management for several projects and consulting for different institutions.
